This transferable warranty provides coverage in the vital early years after your new roof has been installed and covers 100% of materials and labor costs due to manufacturing defects. Luxury Shingles are covered for a 10-year period. Most other shingles are covered for a 5-year period under SureStart.

This coverage may be obtained exclusively through Thermo-Tek, LLC for a specified fee. The roof system must meet the standards of CertainTeed’s Integrity Roof System. The roof system must be installed by a contractor who, at the time of the roof installation, holds advanced credentials from CertainTeed.
